Affenpinscher

Affenpinscher is German for "monkey-Pinscher"due to its small head that looks like some apes. The breed is quite old paintings exist prior to the seventeenth century which shows dogs of similar appearance. It has a character that varies between exuberance and serenity, is a small, bright and smart, loyal, affectionate and stubborn. It's a good watchman and guardian, as well as an excellent hunter of rodents. It adapts well to indoor living but should be brushed and combed daily to become a good companion dog.
